Kathleen M. Fanning started in the world of health and wellness as a licensed paramedic. Quickly Kathleen realized that she would rather be on the preventative side of health. Kathleen, already a Reiki practitioner, chose to become a massage therapist in 2004 through Florida School of Massage. After several years, Kathleen then became a personal fitness trainer with AFAA. A year later, in 2009, Kathleen attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and became a health counselor. Whether you need bodywork, personal training, nutritional guidance, Kathleen can assist. Kathleen uses all of her background to encourage others to live healthy lifestyle.
Massage therapy services include a tailored blend of deep tissue, cranio-sacral, energy work, sports massage, myofascial, trigger point, and foot reflexology. Kathleen has extensive experience with TMJ, frozen shoulders, plantar fascitis, post-surgical events and those with disabilities.
Personal training services are geared toward those looking for a safe approach to getting in shape. Kathleen works with overweight and de-conditioned clients to retrain muscles to work in the proper sequence for increased balance and function. Kathleen encourages consistent, appropriate exercises individualized for each client.
